BACKGROUND:	Tob`ika was abandoned as a cub on the border of Mikan territory. She was found by one of the "Light Warriors" of the clan and he took her back to the village where she was raised by everyone and accepted into the Mikan clan. When of age, she went though the L`rramm`frra, a ceremony in the Mikan clan which only a few are qualified to take. It celebrates the Great Circle of Life and everyone's place in it. To be allowed to participate, one must prove that he or she has truly found his or her place in life. Only then can one be accepted into the Great Circle and to the Light Warriors. The Mikan Clan is ruled by 2 people. The Korrus which translates to "Battle Leader" He/She is the voice of the clan who leads them through battle and life. The symbol of the Korrus is the Jirr`ith, a sword that was forged from pure Fire and infused with the essence of the Great Circle. To wield the sword is to wield the Mikan. The Korrus answers to one person only, the Faradhi, the High Priestess. Faradhi translates to "Silent Knowledge" which is what she is. Anyone with heart and courage can become Korrus though the Challange, a battle to the death, but Faradhi are born into position. They are the link to the Spirit World, the physical representation of the Great Circle. If a Faradhi speaks out against or does not agree with the Korrus, then people are quick to challange for the space. There are 4 major clans on Cait, one of them being the Mikan. The other 3 all had a represenative from their clan in Starfleet, and the Mikan clan thought that they should send someone also. Everyone, including the current Korrus, Tob`ika, sought out the Faradhi on who would go to Starfleet. After having a vision, it was decided that it should be Tob`ika, and there was no discussion. Soon after, Tob`ika packed her things, including the Jirr`ith, which had never left Mikan soil, and departed for the Academy. One day many years after she joined Starfleet and when she was the Executive Officer on Trilista, a transporter accident caused Tob`ika to be copied, though it was not a mirror-image clone. Because Tob`ika joined Starfleet, she had learned to surpress her natural instints and wild nature, always putting up a friendly front. Standing next to her on the transporter pad was a physical manifestation of her 'other side'. The other Tob`ika, who called herself Tobin, looked like a Black Panther and carried an evil streak. She escaped the SF Compound and went on a killing spree, killing at least 5 Starfleet officers and 2 Civilians. Soon after, she stole the Jirr`ith from Tob`ika and hijacked a shuttle with plans of returning to Cait and becoming Korrus. Tob`ika resigned as XO of Trilista so she could run after Tobin and stop the plans she had for the clan. The two met on Cait and a furious battle took place, until Tob`ika subdued Tobin and found a way to merge the both of them back together.

OTHER NOTES:	She is always polite and strives to be a good example for her people and all Caitians by being the ever-ready, ever-compliant Officer. She has, on repeated occasions, been discriminated against and been told to leave Starfleet by some people who fear what she is. Although she is polite to everyone, she is now somewhat skeptical of the true motivations of Humans in particular and keeps to herself. She has no friends and has only had one very short-lived romance.
